The Fund’s core strategy is to invest at least 80% of its assets in real property by partnering with “best-in-class” operators in every market we invest in. We also intend to invest up to 20% of the Fund’s assets in real estate securities. The Fund’s Adviser has a 30+ year track record of identifying and purchasing illiquid real estate securities at deep discounts to their Net Asset Value, supplementing our short-term cash flows.
