MacKenzie Apartment Communities (“MAC”) is a stand-alone company formed to own, develop and operate a focused portfolio of multifamily apartment communities. MAC was formed in connection with the separation of certain multifamily assets from MacKenzie Realty Capital, Inc. (“MRC”) and is wholly owned by MRC.
The portfolio includes multifamily apartment communities and development projects located in attractive West Coast markets with strong rental demand characteristics. MAC was established to focus exclusively on the multifamily sector and related growth opportunities.
